Gingerbread Man Running Company offers a 14 (fourteen) Day return policy. This means that customers must return the product within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. 

 

If the return is made within 14 days, we will take back the product, even if the item is stained, damaged, or otherwise deemed not re-sellable.

 

Clearance Items are considered to be any item sold with a price mark-down of more than 25%. Clearance Items are non-returnable.

• It has been more than 14 days, but less than 30 (thirty) days since purchase: GBM will offer to extend store credit, but we will deny a full refund. The replacement product is to be a final sale item. This means that there are to be no returns on the replacement item.

 

• You feel that the product is defective due to a functional or manufacturing issue: All defective returns must be reviewed by a manager. If a manager is not available at the time of the return, the manager’s e-mail address may be provided to the customer for further assistance.
